Refund Policy

1. All Orders require full payment and are considered irrevocable and non-refundable after 12 hours of Order and completion of payment as we intend to make the delivery smoother and faster, so you can show off faster.

2. All Orders are eligible for cancellation and partial refund within 12 hours after payment completion. After 12 hours of Order and payment completion, all Orders at Stylop is irrevocable and not valid for exchange or amendment.

3. Deliveries of incorrect products are eligible for a return and replacement if reported to us within 6 hours of receipt. Please contact our Customer Support team on Site within 6 hours of receipt of products to claim a return and replacement service. If incorrect products are not registered within 6 hours of delivery, all statements are null and void.

4. The Product must be un-used, with no tampering with the Product tags, and must be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy only applies to Products that do not fall under the category of non-refundable brand/ items provided on our Site.

5. In order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement, all Products must be received by us. You must ensure that the Product is returned to us in the same condition in which it was received by you, and that it is properly packed. If the Product is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, we have the right to refuse refunds and return the Product to you.

6. All claims for incorrect products are subject to acceptance and approval by us at our discretion.

7. If there is any feedback after receiving the Product, please contact our Customer Support team on Site. We will address that accordingly.

8. All claims of return and refund are subject to acceptance and approval by us at our discretion. We reserves the right to refuse to refund any payment for Orders received, at our discretion.

9. You shall nonetheless bear all bank or service processor fees associated with the issuance of refund, which will be deducted from the initial paAll Orders are covered by a STYLOP Refund Guarantee, which protects customers’ funds up to 99 percent against non-delivery. In STYLOP, it is all about you and we believe in facilitating you in every possible aspect. Customers are eligible for restitution of up to 99 percent of their payment or replacement of alternative products if STYLOP is unable to deliver a shipment due to unavailability of inventory and loss or damage to consignment in transit.

10. All refunds shall be made directly into the payment instrument you used when placing Order at SYLOP. Requests of refunds through other instruments will not be facilitated.

11. If the Product returned is not faulty, we may, at our discretion, choose not to repair, replace, or refund you for the Product, and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs, which we will charge to your credit or You shall nonetheless bear all bank or service processor fees associated with the issuance of refund, which will be deducted from the initial payment made by you prior to refund.
